We work with you, as your outsourced recruitment/talent provider. If you have an internal team in place, we operate as an extension to them, working in partnership on roles where volumes are high, the positions are niche or at a level where a full in-depth search of the market is required.
Search and Selection
We create bespoke searches for your role, dial in to our network, interview, and present our short-list within two weeks. We also have the ability to be competitive on fees, as we don’t have the overheads of corporations, or the expensive offices of city headhunters.
